We do not have a showroom and we operate 24/7 online shopping at affordable prices! We believe that through low overheads, low operating cost and no showroom rental or commission, we are able to provide you at lower prices!

Furniture include installation?

Yes. Inclusive of free installation to all furniture, unless otherwise stated. However, any assembly works onto walls or floor will not be provided

Can I make purchase now and deliver at a later date?

Yes, you can confirm your purchase in advance and delivery at later date. You can leave a note upon checkout for your preferred delivery date

How long do I have to wait before my order gets processed?

Within 1 – 2 working days. We will contact you to confirm the order and arrange for delivery

What are the delivery day i can choose?
Why do I need to wait so long for my customized/made to order furniture to be delivered?

By choosing to customize your furniture, every piece of furniture is unique with control over design and specifications. Thus, we need longer lead time as these custom-made/customize items are not mass produced.

Do you provide disposal/dismantle/relocate existing item?
What if my delivery location is not accessible by lift?

Additional Delivery fee for non-lift accessible floors: Do take note that there is a charge of $10 per item per floor, which must be collected by our delivery team before the completion of delivery.

What should I do if I received a wrong item?

You can either contact us at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288 with your Order Invoice Number and we will take all necessary actions to rectify the problem for you.

What happen if the items received is defective?

You can either contact us at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288 with your Order Invoice Number (with picture) and we will change it at the earliest possible date.

Can I trade in my old furniture?

Sorry that, we do not take trade-in any items.
