Damage Policy
Return and Refund Policy

Request for returns should be made to us within 20 days from the delivery date for a full refund. The full refund amount will exclude any delivery, assembly, delivery timing, delivery location and/or staircase delivery surcharge paid when original order was made.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
